Can’t sign in?
Use the email connected to your active FLiiP membership. If you already have an account, reset your password rather than registering again.
Reset your passwordMissing notifications?
Check your notification choice in Profile. Whiteboard must also be allowed in your iPhone or Android notification settings.
Open ProfileDelete your account
Open Profile, select Account, and choose Delete Account. Deleting the app does not delete your Whiteboard account or cancel your FLiiP membership.
